Gear Drivetrain Location
The Gear Drivetrain is part of the Multidirectional Connection Control Drive Valve mechanism in the Fortress of Meropide. It’s a piece of puzzle that you can remove and install to progress in the World Quest.
You’re most probably made aware of this item while heading into the Supply Warehouse 1 and need it to be installed on the platform.
It’s actually easy. You have one installed from the mechanism you had to spin to enter into this warehouse. Just stand on the edge of the gear to remove it.
You’ll also notice that you can install on the different sides of the gear. Use this to operate the valve to unlock other rooms that can contain chests! And that’s where the Gear Drivetrain is in Genshin Impact.
