The quest is prompted by visiting Jeroney and if you haven’t activated it, here’s how you can find the NPC to get ‘A Starry Night As Remembered.’
Now, after talking to him, he’ll share about how getting up here is always a chore, but he loves the view of the starry sky. You proposed taking a picture so he doesn’t have to go up all the time.
Anyone knows pictures are just different from seeing with your two eyes, but sure Paimon.
So head to this platform next to Jeroney. Like other picture-taking quest, you just need to interact with the highlighted area and you’ll automatically enter camera mode. It’ll be already looking at the right direction, so just immediately snap it. If you messed up the angle somehow, just exit, and interact with the spot again.
You know you’re looking at the right angle when you see this notification on your screen as well.
Paimon will confirm it’s a good picture. Head back to Jeroney who will be happy to receive the gift.
