Genshin Impact: Look For The Key Guide

Finding your keys is already a hassle if you can’t remember where you last placed them. It’s even worse when you can’t find them in a game, because they could be lost in the middle of the forest if you’re that unlucky. While traversing one of the dungeons in the new update for Genshin Impact, you’ll receive an objective to look for the key. Ugh, as if looking for them in real life is bad enough. But, with this quick little guide we whipped up, you won’t have to stress yourself looking for it.

Look For The Key Guide – Genshin Impact

Once you get the objective to look for the key, you’ll see a little yellow circle in your minimap. This is the area you need to go to in order to find the key.

Once at the platform, you’ll see Melodic Blooms and a Melodic Harp. The blue square light is a Melodic Pedals, which you will do first. Simply step on the first Melodic Pedal and the others will appear. You will need to step on all of the pedals in order to advance to the next set of pedals.

You’ll need to figure out how to step on them before stepping on the glowing pedal. It’s really not that hard, and is very easy to do once you see the formations of the pedals.

Once you reach the last Melodic Pedal, you will be able to interact with the Melodic Harp. 

Interact with the Melodic Harp and it will shoot out a note that will pass through the Melodic Blooms to unlock the chest that contains the key. Once you open the chest, you will get the key and you can return to the doo to open it and continue with the dungeon.
