This will be under the Hidden Strife event where you’ll be visiting the Dawn Winery and then seeing a threat that poses from the past. You will need to visit a couple of locations as well as go through some fights that happened also in the past. Let’s see how you can finish the Phantom of the Past.
Phantom of the Past Guide – Genshin Impact
This is under the Hidden Strife Event. It should look like this:
You can start the quest by simply opening it and then pressing the Navigate button on it. This will then give you a location where you’ll need to go in order to get the quest going. This is where you’ll need to position yourself on the map:
It will be in the Dawn Winery place. You can use the fast travel location that is right next to it on the right or on the left. This is the fastest route if you’re really far away from this Winery.
The Quest
Now you’ll have to walk towards the Winery and in front of the entrance, you’ll see Adelinde. If you walk up next to her you’ll start the quest line.
Once you talk to her there will be a dialogue sequence. You will have a couple of choices to pick from in this dialogue but none of them will make any change so choose whatever. Then when this is done you’ll need to go to the Falcon Coast.
This is where it will be located as you can see. There will be a very close fast travel location just to the north of it. You can use this to get yourself to the waypoint very fast. It will be right on the shoreline right next to the wooden broken-up structures.
You’ll walk up next to the camp and hit Investigate. This is Diluc’s camp. Once this is done you’ll need to do some investigating manually.
There will be a couple of sand floating balls around the camp.
Once you walk up next to it you’ll see Diluc with a couple of baddies engaging in a fight. Now you’ll start playing as Diluc and you’ll need to defeat all these enemies that were in front of him in the cutscene. It will be in total 3 of them so they are easy to kill.
Once they are taken care of you’ll have completed the Phantom of the Past quest. Congratulations!
