The Temple of the Star is a very interesting dungeon that you’ll need to clear. You will have everything from using your brain to pass the puzzles with the orientating devices and the star patterns, to amazing and massive battles that you’ll need to defeat over 25 enemies at once! Let’s see how you can pass it without having an issue!

Temple of the Star Latitudes Guide – Genshin Impact

You can find the Temple of the Star Latitudes on the north side of the Minacious Isle. It is located here:

You will need to choose the Initial Exploration and it is recommended that you are at least a level 90, to begin with. A good team set up for this run is:

  • Xiao
  • Kamisato Ayaka
  • Zhongli
  • Yanfei

Here you will get immediately to the Temple of the Star.

It will be a huge and open room filled with some small pressure plates that you can step on. The key is to follow the astrological signs that you will be seeing on the walls around you. You will need to find the brightest star that will appear and activate it according to the writings on the walls.

For whatever it is that you’ll be needing to do, just look up at the ceiling and follow that route. Once you step over a pressure plate the light will go out and it means that it is activated. Press only the ones that you’ll need in order to complete the drawing from above.

Once you finish it correctly you’ll get your camera to move in the direction of the door that might have opened. Now just walk in the general direction of where this camera was pointing.

Going in that direction will get you to a Door of Ressurection. It will be a blueish-looking kind of tree and it is going to be on your right from where you were going to. You can walk inside of it to get it activated before you start doing the other puzzle.

Activating this door will get the blue bridges to spawn on the left. Just walk slowly now and make sure to wait until they reach the other destination so you can cross them safely. Once you get to the other side there will be another Door of Ressurection that you’ll need to activate. Just walk inside of it and it shines blue.

Fight Challenges

Now you’ll get here.

This will be a fighting challenge. You will have to defeat 10 enemies within 90 seconds. Before the battle, there will be a short introduction to how it is going to work. The pressure plates will give you some buffs for your enemies so you can use this to your advantage. This is how it is explained:

They are fairly strong enemies so you’ll have to look out. Usually, you can take them down just under the minute mark if you are fairly strong and capable of such things.

Once they’re down keep going through the big gate and just follow the waypoint. In front of you, yet another blue bridge will appear and you’ll have to follow it. Once you get through the road you’ll get to your second fighting challenge.

In this one, you’ll have a total of 29 enemies to defeat while having 300 seconds to do it. It is extremely hard so you’ll have to play very smartly too. Run whenever you need to and time your attacks so you can take as many enemies down as possible.

Don’t forget about the buffs that you’ll have from the plates. You can see them here on the picture above whenever you might need them.

Every once in a while you’ll see that the key star has started to shine. You will need to step on the corresponding plates in order to activate the Astral Harmonic. Just step on the plates that shine the most and this is finished. Usually, you’ll be doing this anyway so it’s not a big concern.

Once you defeat all of these enemies the challenge and the Tempe of the Star will be complete! Congratulations!
