The Present Is Near Windrise Inside A Red Adventurer’s Tent – Genshin Impact
The gift can be found here, a bit of ways away from the Statue of the Seven in Windrise.
Use the Statue of the Seven to get to the location faster. When you spawn in, turn around and run past the large tree. You should see the red tent from afar already, and you can see the gift right next to the tent.
