There are some very big Mining Rigs and towers that you are able to find in God of War Ragnarok. As a part of a quest, you will need to actually find them all and extinguish the fire inside with your axe. In this guide, we will show you where to find all of them. Let’s get started.
All Mining Rigs | In Service of Asgard – God Of War Ragnarok
There are a total of 3 Minings Rigs that you will need to do In Service of Asgard.
Modvitnir’s Mining Rig Location
This is where the location of Modvitnir’s Mining Rig is. This will be just under the Watch Tower as you can see on the map provided above. You will need a boat to be able to actually come here and get to it.
To get there you will need to climb up on the right side from the beach entrance and then all the way up on the very round and circular tower. Once you get on top of the tower you will use the hook to get to the other side.
You will need to hit this circle two times so you can get the crane to move to the right location. Once you cross defeat the enemies that will be here and then proceed to climb up the chain. When you get to the top you will get a couple of big enemies to spawn.
You will need to defeat all the enemies that will come your way. Once the enemies are all dead, you will go to the center of this structure and then just open up the metal bars with the fire burning inside.
Once you do so you will complete the mining rig. Congratulations! On to the second one now.
Radsvinn’s Mining Rig Location
This is where you will need to come to find the Mining Rig. This one is very easy to find and get to but you will need to do a couple of things first.
First of all, you will need to hit this with your hook and make it on fire. This one is right next to the chest and next to the tower so you won’t miss it.
Once that is finished you will need to climb a little high by using the road behind you from where you came from. Just climb here and shoot with your spear inside and behind these bars.
The last one will be very simple. You will just go behind the whole structure of the mining rig and then use Atreus with his bows to crack open the barrels. Behind the barrels, you will get this rune. Just activate it and you will be good to go.
Althojf’s Mining Rig Location
You will need to use your boat to come to this location. Once you get here you can see the tower from very far away. Just get to the top of the tower and all the enemies will wake up and start attacking.
Take them down and break open the metal bars. Simple and easy!
