If you want to be able to deal a lot of damage to a lot of enemies at once, or to big hard-hitting bosses, you will want to be going for the Blade Attachments. This is the location where you will need to arrive in order to be able to get close to the Luminous Recovery Handles. Here you will find a very big area where there will be a lot of smaller houses in the surroundings. You will need to go to the very right corner.

Throw Spear & Loot Chest

When you get here, you will need to look and point your camera in exactly this same area as shown in the picture below:

You will chuck your spear inside that very small pillar that is on the left of the house with the fish hanging off it. Then once the spear will be inside the pillar you will use it to jump on it and get on top of the ledge that is shown in the picture above.

Once above, you will turn to the left and simply loot the chest to get the Luminous Recovery Handles item. Congratulations!
