The beginning of this puzzle is easy enough. First, throw your axe towards the white icon on the wooden structure with torches. This will free the structure, setting it up for the next part of the objective.

You will need to light both torches on the structure to proceed further. To do this, first, use your hex arrow to hit the right torch, then approach it until you see a circle icon on the bottom part of the structure.

This will sway it, making it touch the torch on the upper right so that the right torch is now burning.
