He will give you the quest objectives of what you will need to do. The first and main objective will be to retrieve the Hammer that was stuck under a statue.

Retrieve The Hammer

This is where you will need to go. You will need to use a boat to get that far away into the sea. You will know that you are there when you will find the statue from far away. Dock the boat on the beach and start running on the left.

You will see a chain leading up, use it and climb on it. Once you get to the top you will need to use your Spear to stick it inside here and then use it to jump up.

Once you get to the top just use the hook to get on the other side of the platform. Then on the other side just keep running to the left and get to the crossroads where you will get some enemies.

Before you actually get to the enemies you will see an iron circle on the left looking like this:

You will walk up to it and just interact with it. You will need to move the L stick to the appropriate side to be able to progress through it.  Once you do that you will see that a couple of symbols appeared on the mountain’s wallin the center.

When you walk up to the symbols the whole hammer will actually lift and go up in the air. This way you will have a chest opened up for you right under it. This is the actual quest item that you are looking for – Hammer of Revolution.

Spirit Of Rebellion End Chapter

This is where you will need to be in order for this to work. Once you’re here you will be looking for a small door just under the bridge and inside the mountain. It looks like this:

Just enter it by crouching down. Then on the right side, you will find the NPC by the name of Raeb and you can talk to him. Talk to him to complete the quest. Congratulations!
