The new God of War Ragnarok was an instant hit the moment it released, and for good reason. The game’s simply awesome and it continues the action packed story of Kratos in the Norse Mythology. The game focuses more on its open world aspect with a lot of activities you can do in each map. One of the activities you can do is look for collectibles and in this guide we’ll show you where to find all of the collectibles in The Below area of God of War Ragnarok.
The Below All Collectible Locations In God Of War Ragnarok
Collectibles in God of War Ragnarok can mean a lot of things, from artifacts to lore bits and even chests. It’s more of a checklist of any notable things you can find in the area, barring normal chests and loot from enemies. So these are all the collectibles you can find in The Below.
Collectible #1: Lore
From the start of The Below area you need to go down the very linear path down…well below. There you’ll find these mirrors that you can throw your axe at and it’ll bounce in an angle depending on where you aim. You’ll usually use this to cut down things that block your way like the one you find near the beginning.
Continue through the level until you find yourself in an area filed with these mirrors, a group of enemies will spawn and after defeating them you’ll see a wall you can climb between a mirror and an archway, so go climb that wall. Go right and you’ll see obstacles that you can destroy with your axe, destroy them.
After that just jump down and to the right wall is a lore piece.
Collectible #2: Nornir Chest
Going further down the level you’ll see an area where you need to use your swords to jump around the place. There’s also obstacles you can cut down with your axe using the mirrors. Cut them down and continue going there with your sword until you find a place you can jump to to the south.
You’ll see an area you can jump down with a gate and a window, the window has one a rune you need to destroy.
After destroying the rune open the door then jump down to see the Nornir chest, next to it is another rune.
Finally in the room in front of the Nornir chest where there’s a gate you can open is another rune. Destroying all runes will unlock the chest!
Collectible #3: Legendary Chest
Further down the level after you break through a ceiling in the level with your swords, directly after that is a legendary chest you can open.
