Go To The Location of Western Barri Woods

First, you will head to the exact location in the image above. You will go up to the cliff, and there you will find Lore.

Find The Lore

This Lore is hard to miss. Once you are there, head left, and you will see the Lore. You must come daytime to find the Lore.

Scent Of Survival

Then, you need to finish the “Scent of Survival” quest. The quest will start automatically around Chapter 13 in the main story. So, you will head to the same area, and interact with the flare. Once you have done that, you will spawn a white floating boat.
