First, enter the S.T.A.R Labs, and defeat the Regulators quietly. Then, head straight and open one container and head to the Server Room A door and defeat all the security in the room.

Once you have defeated all the security, find a way out of the room. To find a way out, head to this display and press the button, and the door in front of you will open. After that, you will proceed to the Server Room and eliminate all the Regulators. In the Server Room, you will find one note with text on it, read it and turn back and head to another room.

Once you open the next door, head to the Security Room, defeat all seven Regulators, and open up the cameras. You will see that Mr. Freeze is in the Lab, and head to the Elevators room and go up. There you will see the Reception area, eliminate all the enemies, and analyze Mr. Freeze’s footsteps. Then, follow in the footsteps, and you will be able to locate Mr. Freeze.

After you locate Mr. Freeze, then the real combat starts. You will face a lot of Regulators and eliminate Mr. Freeze to free the scientists.

After eliminating all the enemies, head up and fire the railgun. Once you’ve pressed the button, you will free the scientist.

Once you have done that, the Heist is completed. That is all you need to know about completing the Heist at S.T.A.R Labs.
