You can do a lot of cool things in Gotham Knights that will make even Batman himself proud. But there are some things that aren’t all that clear from the game description or the game tutorial itself. In this guide, we will be helping you out with How to Use Smoke Bombs. Let’s get started.

How To Use Smoke Bombs – Gotham Knights

If you do not know how to use the Smoke Bomb in Gotham Knights we highly advise you to give the Basic Training a try. You can open it from your in-game Bat computer and then just navigate and scroll down to the Stealth training forms.

Here you can learn everything you need to about stealth. You can also see a lot about the Stealth system in our guide in which we have explained all that you need to know – Gotham Knights: Stealth Training Guide.

The thing is though, the game only tells you to hold down the L1 button. But when you do this nothing actually happens and you are left wondering on how to use a smoke bomb. This will result in you in getting hit by your enemies and maybe even killed.

What you need to do and what is key is actually somewhere to escape to. So for example you can use the smoke bomb only when you have a leg to grapple onto. In the tutorial, you will have this ledge right on top of you.

So just move your camera towards the point and location where you can grapple and then just hold the L1 button. This way you will throw down the bomb and get away in time. You cannot actually equip the bomb and throw in under your ground.

That’s everything you need to know about using a Smoke Bomb in Gotham Knights. We hope that this guide has helped you out and explained to you how to use these very effective items. Have fun confusing your enemies!
