Grounded 1.4: Best Tier 4 Weapon Tier List

In the 1.4 update of Grounded and the recent addition of the New Game+ feature, there’s a new category of weapons added in the game, and they’re called “Infused Weapons” or Tier 4 Weapons. Now, I’m sure you’ll agree that weapons play a huge role when it comes to the game, as it decides how your character will play out and how much damage you’ll deal.

Obviously, every weapon in the game has different designs, effects, speed, DPS and more. That said, I’m here to help you find out which I think are the best and weapons in the game, so you know which weapons to invest your resources and materials in.

Best Tier 4 Weapon Tier List

Before we get started with the Tier List, take note that I’m generalizing weapon types of Infused weapons, since I don’t have access to all the weapons in the game. For instance, I don’t have the Infused Pebble Axe or Insect Axe, only the Termite Axe. These axes are identical in stats and only differ in texture, so when I rank the Infused Axe, it applies to all variants.

Also, keep in mind that while I’m confident with my placement for the tier list. It doesn’t 100% apply to everyone, and other players might prefer different playstyles or builds.

Tier 4 Weapons Infused in Grounded ranked from best to worst.

S Tier

  • Infused Club – First up, the Infused Club of the Mother Demon is a game-changer, easily securing an S-tier spot. This weapon delivers incredible damage and is highly versatile with various buffs. It’s a must-have, my guy as it obliterates enemies with ease!

A Tier

  • Infused Axe – The Infused Axe weapon drops from the Infused Mantis and is quite powerful. Axes have always been solid, and this one works well with the Chopper, making it a versatile one-handed weapon. Despite doing slightly less damage than a two-handed axe, its utility as both a weapon and a tool earns it an A-tier ranking.
  • Infused Crossbow – The Black Ox Crossbow is another A-tier weapon. It’s extremely powerful, especially with the right buffs. While I prefer melee combat, the crossbow shines in multiplayer, dealing massive damage.
  • Infused Sword – The Toenail Scimitar, representing all Infused Swords, is an A-tier weapon. It’s highly recommended for the Infected Broodmother fight with the right buffs. While it lacks special effects from tier 2 weapons, it’s still a solid one-handed weapon.

B Tier

  • Infused Blaster – We have the Infused Blaster, which works with the Apex Predator buff, unlike other boss weapons. This weapon is excellent with the right build, particularly with the Moldy Matriarch armor. However, outside of that specific build, it’s not as effective, placing it in the B-tier. It’s handy for quick travel and blowing up obstacles without the need for crafting bombs.
  • Infused Greatsword – The Infused Greatsword, dropping from the Mant, lands in the B-tier. It’s technically the best sword but is difficult to farm due to its one-time drop nature. Despite this, it’s a strong weapon, especially with a good Spicy variation.
  • Infused Scythe – The Scythe of Blossoms goes into the B-tier. It doesn’t work with Chopper or Apex Predator buffs but can be effective with the right build and crit buffs.

C Tier

  • Infused Bow – Moving on to the Infused Bow, it drops from the Wasp Queen (pretty difficult to beat) but isn’t very impressive. It doesn’t work with Apex Predator buff in New Game Plus and lacks overall effectiveness, putting it in the C-tier.
  • Infused Spear – Infused Spears, dropping from Director Schmector, are C-tier weapons. They lose their special abilities and, while still decent, aren’t as good as the regular spears.
  • Infused Dagger – Infused Daggers, however, fall into the C-tier. They lose their Venom and Poison effects in New Game Plus, making them less effective. While they have fast attack speeds, they’re not particularly impressive overall.

D Tier

  • Infused Hammer – Infused Hammers are placed in the D-tier. They offer utility, such as sizzle immunity for collecting charcoal, but as weapons, they’re not worth using due to their low damage output.

There you have it! That’s my ranking for the Tier 4 Infused Weapons in Grounded from best to worst. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to leave them in the comments section below and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Up next, why not check our tier list for the Tier 3 weapons in Grounded 1.4 as well? If you liked this one, I’m sure you’ll also like the tier list I recommend!
