Grounded: Antlion Location

Grounded is full of bugs that will try and eat you. They probably have no malicious intent, as they see you as food and nothing else, you still have to defend yourself against spiders, bees, ants, and antlions. That’s why we need to learn more about our enemy: where they spawn, where they go, how to avoid them, how to attack them etc. In this guide, we will be focusing on the Antlions locations. They are vicious creatures, so we need to make sure we know where they are to avoid them. Read more to find out where they are.

Antlion Location – Grounded

Antlions can be found in an underground cave. You can also find a bunch of salt here if you are looking for some. The underground cave can be found in the middle of the three icons in the map. Bear in mid that this area will be Sizzling if you go during the day. You can go at night, but it might not be safer either.

When you get to the location, you’ll know you made it when you see the sand castle from afar. Look to your right and you should see the entrance to the underground cave.

Approach the cave to get out of the sizzling heat. Have your weapons ready, as the Antlion will ambush you by burrowing itself to the ground and popping out in front of you.

The Antlions are tough creatures, and they are considered the most dangerous in the game. You will need to be ready at all times when entering this cave, as they are sneaky creatures that can and will take you by surprise. Bringing a friend with you to watch your back is a viable strategy while you farm for salt in the cave.
