Your Room of Requirement will also have an extra room where magical beasts can live and stay with your other creatures. However, for you to be able to transfer them here, you have to use your Nab-Sack.

To fill this room, you have to capture magical beasts in the wild. Here’s a list and details of all the beasts that you can encounter in the game:

The Hippogriff is probably one of the most popular and most anticipated magical beasts that you can find in Hogwarts Legacy.

It has an upper body and wings of an eagle with a lower half body of a horse. It’s also one of the mounts that you can find in the game.

However, you have to find it first by going to the Forbidden Forest or by completing the High Keep main quest.

Thestral

Another mount that you can have is the Thestral, a winged equine that can only be seen by someone who has already seen death with their own eyes.

If you happen to pre-order the game, you will receive a Thestral as a mount.

Graphorns are another example of a mount in Hogwarts Legacy.

This is a large and tough beast that usually dwells in mountains and is also known as the lord of the shore.

The most prominent feature of Graphorns is its two sharp horns. Due to its wild nature, it can be rare to befriend one.

You can find this magical beast in Clagmar Coast or by completing the San Bakar’s Trial.

Phoenix

The phoenix is a majestic bird, though its tiny size means it’s not to have it as a mount. You can get this by finishing the side quest, the Phoenix Rising.

Mooncalf

Another adorable beast that you can find is the Mooncalf. You can easily recognize it with its big and bright eyes.

As the name suggests, you can only see this magical creature at night in the Forbidden Forest and in the South Hogwarts Region.

Giant Purple Toad

The Giant Purple Toad is a magical beast that has warts on it that you can find useful when making a potion.

You can find a lot of this beast in the Forbidden Forest and beside Aranshire located south of the map.

Diricawl

The Diricawl is another type of bird; however, it’s a bit too plump and fluffy which prevents it from being able to fly.

Instead, Diricawls can appear and disappear at will in order for them to escape any impending danger. You can find Diricawls in the south Hogwarts region.

Fwooper

The Fwooper is a colorful bird. Due to its bright colors, you can easily sort it among other bird beasts. If you want to catch a Fwooper, you can find them in the south Hogwarts region.

Kneazle

When you see a beast that looks closely similar to a cat, then that would be a Kneazle which is one of the most intelligent beasts in the game.

That said, a Kneazle has the ability to detect harmful people. If you want a Kneazle, you can easily find them in the South Sea Bog.

Niffler

Another adorable beast that you can find here is the Niffler. This creature looks like a platypus.

However, you have to be extra careful of your shiny things when you have a beast like Niffler. Otherwise, you will find your shiny items in their pockets.

This creature can easily be found around Hogwarts Valley.

Puffskein

The Puffskein might be one of the friendliest beasts that exist in the game.

Due to its cuddly nature, the Puffskein is commonly taken care of as a household pet. You can easily recognize one with its circular and fluffy appearance.

You can find a lot of these in the Forbidden Forest and in the south Hogwarts region.

Jobberknoll

Another bird species that you can discover in this game is the Jobberknoll. You can easily find this creature around the Forbidden Forest.

If you wander around the Irondale settlement, you will find some of them quietly sitting on tree branches.

Unicorn

The Unicorn might be one of the most sought-after beasts in this game due to its majestic appearance which most wizards are easily attracted to.

To have one, you can go to the Forbidden Forest and roam around until you spot this magical beast.
