Once you unlock the ability to fly on a broom or mount, you will never want to travel on foot or floo again. The feeling of being able to soar through the sky, your robes flapping behind you as you reach speeds that are not possible with your legs.
Flying is truly the best, and it is an excellent solution for those who want to travel.
Unfortunately, there are instances in Hogwarts Legacy where travel must be done by foot. The trip to the Phoenix Mountain Cave is one of them.
Here’s how you can get there quickly.
How to Reach the Phoenix Mountain Cave – Hogwarts Legacy
When you first get the objective to search for the cave, you will find yourself barred from being able to fly to the location.
That is because you will need to go through the mines in order to continue forward.
You will have no choice but to go through the mines and fight the goblins and trolls inside.
Once you have exited the mines, you will have passed by the Floo Flame, which unlocks the fast travel here.
Now that you have unlocked the fast travel location, you can use your broom to fly to the Phoenix Mountain Cave.
Fly to the quest marker and land on the ground.
You will unlock the Phoenix Mountain Cave Floo Flames, which means you can fast-travel here at any time now.
