If you want to get to the Tatarasuna Teleport Waypoint and make your life easier, then you’ll have to destroy the Electro Barrier that is blocking the whole of Tatarasuna. Well, actually, if you’re a normal human being that wants to explore anything, you’ll want to do that. So how do we bring this down in the new updated version of Genshin Impact. Quite easily actually. We just have to do a simple quest and it will fall faster than the Berlin Wall.
Genshin Impact – How To Destroy The Tatarasuna Barrier
To break this barrier, you will need to accept the quest “Tatara Tales.” To start this quest chain, you’ll need to talk to Toranosuke and Miyuki at the Kujou Encampment, west of the nearby Waypoint Teleporter:
The quest is really easy. You’ll just have to walk around to three cannons and shoot them. That’s it. Not puzzles, no nothing.
Here are the locations for the cannons:
- Just south of the Encampment, on the first hill on the next island.
- On the island of the coast of Kujou Encampment, to the West.
- On the island South of the Kujou Encampment and South East from the first cannon.
After you have shot all the cannons, the barrier will be destroyed, but the quest will not be done.
You’ll just have to follow the quest markers until you’re asked to take a photo of the Storage Device and then you’ll have to take it to Xavier to finish the quest.
Once you’ve done all this, you’ll have access to all the treasure chests and Electroculus that Tatarasuna has to offer. A great reward, if I do say so myself!
