Here are the steps that you need to do in order to do the commendation.

To-Do List

•Sail to Port Merrick (Golden Sands Outpost) in the Shores of Plenty.

•Head towards the Island Center Tavern.

•Find and Interact with the statue of Merrick.

•Approach the statue and inspect the plaque at the bottom and read the inscription.

Written in the plaque:

Here stands Merrick, who fought valiantly to save Golden Sands Outpost from ruin. Port Merrick was constructed to honour his memory and the pirates who joined in his struggle.

•After reading the plaque, you will unlock the Remembering the Fallen commendation.
