So, if you’re a new player or someone coming back that needs some headers here and there, here is a quick guide to show you the best places to farm High Runes and how to do it best, if you don’t know how!

How To Farm High Runes – Diablo 2 Resurrected

The main base for farming runes is that you need to play on the hardest difficulty. And that usually is when you play with the maximum number of players allowed, through battle.net.

If you wish to have an increased chance of getting High Runes, get in with other 7 players and your chances have increased by a lot.

Now, you also will not look for bosses or special enemies to get what you need. You will look for basic white enemies (The enemies that have their names written in white).

There are a few popular spots where you can find a lot of mobs where you can farm for these runes. Here they are:

• Secret Cow Level

Surely you’ve heard of this place before. If not, look a bit for it because this place is full of weak mobs that you can kill in bundles.

Your chance is really great here because they don’t really leave you any loot in general, so their rune drop chance is bigger than normal.

• Ghosts

At the Arcane Sanctuary, or on your way to the Countess you can stumble into big packs of ghosts than you can farm for runes.

They have an increased chance to drop High Runes, higher than most mobs.

• Travincal

Everything here is up for grabs, especially the council. If you farm the council in Travincal you can quickly get great runes.
