Just don’t forget to be looking for it during the day since it won’t spawn in night. This here zone is very easy to travel and you can actually spot a lot of things from very far away, making the Starly Pokemon a fairly easy catch.
If you want to be evolving it into the higher 2 forms you will first need to take it to level 14. Once you do so it will evolve to Staravia. If you want it to become a Staraptor you will need to level it up to level 34. You can do any means that will help out with its XP, or just feeding it Candy will work too.
