How to Get Leto’s Amulet
To get the Leto’s Amulet, you have to flop 100 times in front of Reggie. In Ward 13, you can find Reginald “Reggie” Malone. This merchant sells Consumables that you can use as well as the Leto’s Amulet.
When you open up the shop menu of Reggie, you won’t see the Amulet there. However, after you have flopped 100 times in front of Reggie, the item will automatically show up in the shop. You can then purchase this item for 1,000 of the currencies.
The Leto’s Amulet reduces Encumbrance by 40% and Stamina Cost by 15%. This can greatly reduce your stamina consumption while performing actions, allowing you to make plays and survive more easily. Overall, this is a great item you can use.
