The love child of Minecraft and Stardew Valley Core Keeper is out with 1.0 release with a lack of wool for everyone. In this guide we’re going to share the best way to find wool for your needs, perhaps solving the mystery as to why you haven’t been getting enough of them. And as you can slightly guess, it has to do with animal husbandry that’s a staple of any harvest-moonesque game. Let’s go!
How to Get Lots of Wool
Wool is a product from sheep-like creatures, Bambucks. You can find Bambucks spawning within the Meadow area, which is a pretty lit area north up. Before that, you need to have a Livestock Workbench and craft Lease. Lease is necessary to tame the Bambuck.
Obviously, don’t forget about building a pen and preparing food for the animals you’ll be keeping in there.
Next step is to find the Bambucks which is the tricky part. Indicated below is the spawn area, which is the brightly lit Meadow area. But due to their roaming behavior, it’s not rare to find instead the Bambuck being on the outskirts of the area.
Use your Lease on the Bambucks and bring them to your pen. You can name them. Make sure to keep them fed and now we wait! It’s going to take slightly more time for the first product, but eventually you’ll have constantly wool production going on!
That is how you can get a lot of wool in Core Keeper, the Bambucks! Not just wool, we’ve also got a full guide for the new loot drop location here to make your farming a lot easier.
