There is a quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley called Frozen Memories. From the name you can tell this quest will involve the characters from Disney’s movie Frozen. The quest is given to you by Kristoff and in one of the tasks in this quest you’ll need to get Swamp Water. This is an item you don’t really find anywhere else but in this quest. In fact, when you get to this point of the quest this is the only time, you’ll get these items.

Once you get to this part of the quest, you’ll notice that there are floating light particles at the sides of the water in the Glade of Trust. When you walk up to them and interact with them you can get swamp water from them. Don’t worry about taking too much. Once you get enough swamp water the other places where you get them will disappear.
