Just recently, No Rest for the Wicked was released on PC on Early Access basis. Later on, it will also be released on other platforms such PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X & Series S. The game is an action RPG with a top down view. And honestly, I have to say it looks pretty decent.
This guide will show you the location of The Rookery which is where you will also find the first Stash (Community Chest) of the game. Keep reading to learn more.
How To Get Your First Stash + Location Of The Rookery
In order to reach The Rookery, you first need to progress your game until you reach an area called Sacrament. Here you will also get a quest which will task you with going to the Rookery Tower.
Location of The Rookery Tower
First make your way to the area marked in the image below. From there I will show you the way to the Rookery Tower.
Once you are in this location, go towards the right side as shown in the image below.
Go past the guy with the question mark and follow the arrow marked in the image below
After moving forward a bit, you will come across two paths: one leading downwards and the other goes straight. You need to go straight through the upper area. Refer to the image below for guidance.
You will come across the area shown below. Here you need to cross the wooden bridge (located to the right side of a water wheel) which is marked below.
After crossing this short wooden bridge, go left into the entrance which you can see in the image below.
Once you go inside this entrance, you need to move forward until you reach a ladder. If you are having trouble finding this ladder, go where the red arrow is marked in the image below. You will find the ladder hidden there behind the shop.
1st Ladder
Simply use the ladder to climb up.
2nd Ladder
After climbing up, turn left and go straight for a bit and you will find another ladder. Once again, climb up using the ladder.
Once you get to the top, go towards the stairs. Follow the arrow which is marked in the following image.
Bridge
After you reach the upper area by using the stairs, go right (marked in the image below) towards the bridge.
Simply keep going straight until you reach the end of the bridge.
You will find the Rookery Tower located at the end of the bridge.
Community Chest
Once you get inside the Rookery Tower, you will get a cutscene. After the cutscene finishes, you will wake up in the area shown below. This area is called Rookery Lodgings and this is where you will find the Community Chest.
You can store whatever you want in this Chest. However, if you are playing with other players, they will be able to access the items you have placed inside the Chest. That is why it is called a Community Chest. After you are done here, you can go back up using the stairs.
