The Sliding Bar Doors are simply a way for you to enter a certain type of room.

They are not marked as a puzzle or anything like that but they really should be since it’s really confusing what you need to do in order to pass them.

In this guide, however, we are going to show all the details and steps for getting through them and entering the Clock Tower. Let’s get started.

Hogwarts Legacy – How to Open Sliding Bar Doors in Clock Tower

First of all, you are going to need to have learned the spell of Glacius for opening the Sliding Bar Doors. This is the spell that freezes enemies once you have hit them with it.

The second thing to remember is the symbol that will show up on the door. It can be different each time and random for each player, so just memorize it as it shows for you in your gameplay session.

Once you have memorized the symbol, simply run up the stairs and get to the wooden platform above you.

Now just look for your symbol behind the Pendulum. Once the clock comes in front of your symbol, you will use the Glacius spell to freeze it.

This will get the chains and the iron bars to disappear from the door and you will be able to enter it. Congratulations!

We hope that this guide has helped you out on what to do in order to get through the Sliding Bar Doors in the Clock Tower. Have fun doing it yourself and enjoy the rewards!
