Let’s talk about one of the most important tools in Farming Simulator 25—the Tractor! It helps you with everything from plowing and cultivating to fertilizing and transporting. You can attach all kinds of tools and trailers to it, making it super versatile. Plus, with different models offering unique specs like horsepower, fuel capacity, and maneuverability, there’s a tractor for every job.
But, just like on a real farm, a worn-down tractor can slow you down. Keeping your tractor in tip-top shape is key to keeping your farm running efficiently. If you’ve noticed it’s not performing as well or slowing down, check out that little blue repair bar on the right. When it gets low, it’s time for a tune-up!
How To Repair Tractors
Check the Map for a Repair Spot: Open your map and look for the Yellow Basket icon. It marks the nearest repair station which is just around the corner—or a bit of a drive away. You can locate the repair station by a Wrench icon, as shown in the image below.
Head to the Repair Spot: Once you arrive, press R when prompted. You’ll see two options: Repair and Repaint. Repairs are essential for keeping your tractor in good working order. Repainting? Not so much. It’s just for looks and can be a bit pricey.
Optional: Build a Workshop on Your Farm: If you want the convenience of repairing right on your farm, consider building a vehicle workshop. You’ll find it in the ‘Tools’ section under the build menu. It’ll set you back $45,000, and repairs will still cost the same, but it saves you a trip into town.
That’s it! Keeping up with repairs will keep your tractor (and your farm) running smoothly in Farming Simulator 25.
