In Genshin Impact, enhancing the Pyro Traveler’s true constellations requires offering Blazing Flint Ores to the Throne of the Primal Fire in Natlan. In this guide, I will help you locate the Throne, unlock it, gather Blazing Flint Ores, and upgrade your Pyro Traveler’s Constellations!

How to Upgrade Pyro Traveler Constellations

To fully upgrade the Pyro Traveler’s Constellations (abilities), you’ll need to:

  1. Unlock the Natlan Reputation System through the Archon Quest Flowers Resplendent on the Sun Scorched Sojourn.
  2. Reach Reputation Level 4 with each tribe and collect Blazing Flint Ores.
  3. Offer the ores at the Throne of the Primal Fire to upgrade the Traveler’s constellations.

Throne of the Primal Fire Location

The Throne of the Primal Fire is located in Ochkanatlan, a region in Natlan. However, this area becomes accessible only after completing the Archon Quest When All Becomes a Monument in Chapter V: Act V – Incandescent Ode of Resurrection. Prior to the quest, the location is part of the Cradle of Fleeting Dreams and features a mural depicting Och-Kan. After completing the quest, the Throne of the Primal Fire appears in Ochkanatlan.

Once unlocked, interact with the Throne to offer Blazing Flint Ores and enhance your Primal Flame Resonance level.

Note: You can only offer Blazing Flint Ores when using the Pyro Traveler. Attempting this with any other character will cancel the interaction.

Blazing Flint Ores & Where to Get Them

Blazing Flint Ores are essential for upgrading your Pyro Traveler’s Constellations. These ores increase the effectiveness of the Pyro Traveler’s abilities, particularly against the Lord of the Eroded Primal Fire boss. To unlock the full potential of the Traveler’s abilities, you’ll need to collect all the Blazing Flint Ores.

You’ll receive a Blazing Flint Ore each time you reach Level 4 reputation with any of the five tribes in Natlan. These tribes can be identified on the map by their Obsidian Totem Poles, which share the same icon as other reputation areas. To level up your reputation, visit the triangle markers on the map and complete tasks assigned by NPCs. Tasks include tribal chronicle quests, supply notices, bounties, and exploration.

As of Version 5.2, there are five tribes:

  • Children of Echoes
  • Scions of the Canopy
  • People of the Springs
  • Masters of the Night-Wind
  • Flower-Feather Clan

The Collective of Plenty tribe is coming soon and will provide the final Blazing Flint Ore.

With this guide, you now know how to fully upgrade your Pyro Traveler’s constellations and maximize its potential in Genshin Impact!
