The new Square Enix game will be out soon and it’s Valkyrie Elysium, an Action RPG following a Valkyrie who is under order of the all-father Odin. The game features mechanics that normal action RPGs have, like stats, levels and a lot of great combat combined with beautiful graphics and outstanding particle effects. The game offers a nice story for the player to go through and mechanics like team mates and grappling hooks to help you in your journey as the main character tries to find if the path, she’s going through is good or if she’s just being used. So, there’s one question that players are wondering, is the game multiplayer?
Valkyrie Elysium: Is it Multiplayer?
Some people might think that since this is a game that has action RPG elements as well as dodge mechanics, tough boss fights and so on, that this may be a souls-like game.
One can argue that it can be classified as such, although we’re not here to argue on that since it might take days to do so. The isn’t released yet but the developers have stated that Valkyrie Elysium will primarily be single-player only.
So no, there’s no multiplayer in Valkyrie Elysium, whether there’s a chance that it will become multiplayer in the future is anyone’s guess.
The game is already speculated to be a “budget title” under Square Enix and thus it may not get that much eyes on it to warrant big changes like that in the future. So again, for those who are wondering, Valkyrie Elysium is not multiplayer.
Congratulations you now know that the game is not multiplayer, it may be a bummer for some people out there who wished to experience the game with friends but there’s still plenty of good multiplayer games out there!
