Everything We Know About The Jailbreak Winter Update
There isn’t a final date for when the update is coming out, but Badimo has been teasing the update for a while now so we can expect the update to come at any moment.
Map Change & Something Special
Based on the past Jailbreak updates, we can expect a map change and an update alongside it. In 2017, different vehicles accompanied the seasonal updates, and in 2022 there was the mansion that came with the update.
So, we can expect something special again with this year’s winter update. Below is a screenshot of what the Winter map will possibly look like.
They generally use the same map every year, but we can’t be sure whether there will be any changes with this update.
No New Community Creations
Basimo has already announced that they won’t be implementing any new community creations for a while. This is because they want to focus on their own creations for the time being, so it will be exciting to see what they come up with. We’ll just have to wait and see.
Seasonal Change & New Robberies
With the Christmas season coming, especially for those who’ve been grinding, there might be some sort of seasonal change at least to add some sort of variety to the game. It’s possible they’ll also have different robberies open at different times to change things up.
Ice Map
Another exciting thing to look forward to in the Jailbreak Winter Update is the possibility that they’re adding back the Ice Map.
This is a race circuit around the Jailbreak map that’s on icebergs that float in water. It starts on a volcano base and ends all the way over by the airport.
It’s not a well-known feature but it’s one of the few proper places where players can race other than the main roads. This was added last year and is definitely something that might be a part of the Winter update.
New Vehicles
Like every season, players also look forward to the new vehicles that come with the update. It’s highly probable that there will be a small roster of winter–themed vehicles with this Jailbreak Winter update, so we can look forward to that too.
