There’s a lot of big ARPGs out there like the Diablo series, or the different MMOs that follow the ARPG style like Lost Ark. The genre of ARPG is a long standing one with a lot of big games made by big companies. Still, there is also an indie scene for ARPGs as well and Lost Epoch is one of them. The game has recently had a big event with some big names in their community as well as a big update coming up. We’ll take a look on what happened in the event and what the big update is that’s coming to the game.
Everything You Need To Know: Last Epoch: Multiplayer Invitational Event
Lost Epoch is an ARPG that’s been Singleplayer only, which may sound strange these days since most ARPGs have had some sort of multiplayer aspect. From being an MMO to Co-Op and PvP, ARPGs recent ARPGs have been moving to a more multiplayer environment. Still, the indie developers of Lost Epoch promised Multiplayer will be in the game and with the recent Invitational Event we now can expect it soon!
The Event was held by the Indie Developers of the game, Eleventh Hour Games, and they invited many of the big streamers in their communities to play the game. Not just the game though but a version of the game that is Multiplayer!
That’s right, the developers now have a Multiplayer build of the game and they’re planning on Releasing it on February 23rd. Not only that but they also plan on adding a trial version of the game where anyone with Steam can play the game with Multiplayer up to Chapter 5. A free demo these day and age? It’s a welcomed miracle!
The Developers of the game have been working hard on this update and both them and the fans are excited on the nearing release date of the multiplayer update. It’s rare that a game would plan on giving out a free demo for people to try the game out these days but of course it’s the Indie Scene that does it! This is why you should always support the Indie Scene people! So go and check out Last Epoch now!
