However, it has tons of content making it overwhelming for a new player. That is why we decided to make this guide for beginners. Keep reading to learn everything you need to know about Legend of Mushroom.
Complete Beginner’s Guide & Latest Codes
If you are playing an AFK type of a game for the first time, you will be blown away with the sheer amount of content that Legend of Mushroom has to offer. Simply exploring the menus can get you lost. But after reading this beginner friendly guide, you will master Legend of Mushroom in no time.
Collect All Free Rewards
Legend of Mushroom gives you a lot of stuff for free but the problem is that they are scattered around and hidden under the plethora of menus. Its easy to miss them. But there’s a trick of dealing with this. Look for Little Red Dots and click on them wherever you see them. This is one the most important things you need to learn in Legend of Mushroom.
What those Little Red Dots mean is that there is some reward that needs to be claimed.
Check Mail Daily
You get various rewards that show up in your mail so its crucial that you regularly check your mail for new rewards as well. To get to the Mail Section, click on your profile (located towards the upper left side of your screen) and then click on the Mail icon.
After clicking on Mail, you will get the following screen. You can utilize the Claim All function to save time.
Use All Your Daily Free Spins
Click on the Spin icon (located towards the left side of your screen).
After clicking the Spin icon, you will open the Lucky Wheel.
You get a couple of free attempts every day so make sure to use them all to get a bunch of rewards. You have to wait 5 minutes after a spin to spin again.
The Magical Lamp
You would have probably noticed by now that there is a Magical Genie Lamp located at the bottom of your screen. The Magical Lamp gives you items that you either add to one of your slots or sell them. The Magical Lamp can only hold one item at a time so you have to manually click on it to decide what to do with the item.
At the beginning of the game, it can become quite tedious having to click on the Magical Lamp again and again. But do not worry as there is a solution for this tedious clicking. You need to reach level 16 to unlock the auto selling mode of the Magical Lamp.
Once you reach level 16, click on the little gear icon located towards the right of the Magical Lamp.
You will be presented with the following menu.
You can select from one of the following quality settings:
- Normal and above
- Unique and above
- Well and above
- Rare and above
- Mythic and above
- Epic and above
- Legendary and above
- Immortal and above
- Supreme and above
- Aurous and above
So, let’s say for example you select Mythic and above, what this means is that any item you get that is under Mythic quality will be automatically sold. But if you encounter an object that is of Mythic or higher quality, then you will have to decide what to do with it. If it’s valuable, equip it otherwise sell it.
Features List
On the top right side of your screen, there’s the icon for the Features List.
This shows different features you can unlock in the game after reaching a certain level or completing certain tasks.
Make sure to keep an eye on the Features List and check it from time to time.
Dungeons
Dungeons is a pretty cool way of getting tons of rewards. Its icon is located at the bottom of your screen.
To play in a dungeon, you require Keys. Keys are specific to dungeons and are very valuable. You get keys as rewards from different stuff in the game such as completing quests, etc.
NOTE: You can only hold two keys at a given time. So, let’s say for an example that you currently have two keys available. When you get another key, it will be wasted and you cannot recover it. So, make sure to use keys whenever you get them.
Classes
Legend of Mushroom offers various classes for players to choose from. Those classes require reaching specific levels to unlock them. To get to the classes menu, click on the Mushroom icon located at the bottom of your screen.
Each class have different abilities and bonuses that make them useful for various purposes. Such as the Mage Class being good for PvP while the Archer Class is more suitable for boss battles. You will have to see for yourself which class suits your needs better. But at the end of the day, the gear you get from lamp will matter more and determine how powerful you are.
You can look at the classes available in Legend of Mushroom by clicking on Evolution Preview located at the top right side of the class menu.
Skill Sets
You can create multiple skill sets for different occasions. We suggest at least creating the following three skill sets:
PvE: Focus on skills that have AOE damage.
PvP: Skills that have the following properties:
- Crowd Control
- Stun
- Debuffs
Boss: Focus on skills that are good in dealing Single Target damage.
Manors
Manors are an important part of Legend of Mushroom. You can access them by clicking on the Manor icon located at the bottom of your screen.
Manors offer different type of resources that you can use to unlock different bonuses. There are currently six Manors in the game right now:
- Mine
- Tech Park
- Player Statue
- Parking Wars
- Shroomie Farm
- Dormitory
Some of those Manors are locked in the beginning of the game. You need to complete specific tasks and play the game for a set amount of days to unlock them. Requirements vary by Manor type.
Mine
Mine lets you get Ores which you can use to get upgrades from Tech Park. To mine, the game gives you the following tools:
- Pickaxe: Mine a single tile. If an ore is located within two tiles, you can use the Pickaxe to get it.
- Drill: Mines all the tiles in a vertical direction.
- Bomb: Clears 13 tiles.
You can only hold a certain amount of Pickaxes (depending on the upgrades you have unlocked in the Tech Park). So make sure to use all the Pickaxes available whenever possible.
Pickaxes replenish over time (the time taken can be reduced by getting upgrades from the Tech Park).
Tech Park
The Ores you collect from the Mine can be used in Tech Park to get various kinds of upgrades.
Focus on left side of the upgrades first (marked in the image below) as those upgrades will greatly increase mining productivity. The more ores you mine, the faster you can get the other upgrades in Tech Park.
Family
Legend of Mushroom has a guild system which is called Family. Its icon is located at the bottom of the screen.
We suggest joining an active Family with lots of members. Family lets get access to a lot of stuff which can not be accessed otherwise. Such as battling the Blazing Cave boss which gives you rewards based on the damage you did to the boss.
Helping Other Family Members
Players in a Family can ask for help or help other members asking for assistance. To access the Helping Menu, click on Family Detail building located at the top of Family map.
The following menu will come up, click on Family Help.
After clicking Family Help, you will see a list of all Family members asking for help. You can help some of them or all by clicking on Help All. Helping Family members gives you rewards.
