While you’re out jumping about you probably noticed that there are some places that are obviously part of the game, yet you can barely reach them. You’ve tried latching on to the thinnest pixel you can find along the map just to inch closer and it only results in you falling flat on your face.

This is where the game introduces double jumping, something that has always boggled the minds of gamers who tend to think more rationally rather than keeping themselves occupied by spamming half-A presses.

In Metroid Prime Remastered you can still do that along with everything else that you remember, you just have to find the boots first!

How To Get The Space Jump Boots | Space Jump Boots Location | Metroid Prime Remastered

The Space Jump Boots are a staple for Samus’ Power Suit, it makes understanding double jumps easier as it uses her jet pack for an extra boost midair.

Luckily you can get the item early on in the game so no need to blast away just yet.

You can get the Space Jump Boots as soon as you land on Tallon IV.

Once you’re in the exact position as shown in the image above assume the Morph Ball position and get to the right top side of the half pipe.

Cross the bridge in front of you and get in the small opening that you see dead ahead.

After blasting through a few more blockades including a blue door you should now be in the Gully. Progress through this room and you’ll be back at the Landing Site where your Gunship is parked.

Keep walking on that platform and you should see another door to your left towards the end. The Space Jump Boots will be in the center of the room waiting for you.

Now the real platforming starts!

Here we have Alexis, he's been gaming ever since the second Famicom came out. Which is probably the reason why he goes back to platformers every now and then. Somewhere down the line he started getting more and more fascinated about looking at maps change colors for three to eight hours straight. If he's not out strategizing and beating the life out of his space bar in that order there's a good chance you can find him playing an FPS or talking someone's ear out about how game balance gets in the way of realism. You can tell that he really likes getting the full experience of whatever he gets his hands on.
