The Call of Duty series has a new installment and its Modern Warfare 2. For those people who are confused, much like I was, this game isn’t a remake of the 2009 game with the same name. Instead, it’s a sequel to the Modern Warfare reboot game of 2019. I know it’s a bit confusing but if you have over 15 Call of Duty games, titles might get shuffled around. The game features old mechanics from past Call of Duty games along with new ones like crafting. There are also secret weapons you can find and, in this guide, we’ll show you all the Safe Locations and Codes to get some of them!
All Safe Locations & Codes | Modern Warfare 2
There are a total of 3 safes in the campaign of Modern Warfare 2, all of which can give you a unique weapon that can help you in that mission. These safes can be difficult to find, and on top of that you need to know the codes for them. If you do find and open them all, not only do you get to use the neat weapons inside, but also get an achievement for it! Here’s where all of them are.
Mission 11: El Sin Nombre
In the El Sin Nombre mission you can find a safe behind some sliding doors in a room at the second floor. Inside is a Lockwood 300, an over-under shotgun that will help with clearing that place out if you need to! The code for this safe is 02-02-19.
Mission 13: Alone
In the 13th mission of the campaign called “Alone” you’ll be sneaking around a town filled with guards. In one of the cafés in the area is a safe. This one is a banger because inside is a silenced .50 caliber pistol, a perfect weapon for this stealth mission. The code for this safe is 10-10-80.
Mission 13: Alone (Second Safe)
There is another safe in the 13th mission and it’s inside one of the cafes. In one of the garages in the town is a safe and inside is a crossbow, perfect for this stealth mission. The code for this final one is 37-60-80.
