Basic Skill Moves
In and Out is done by quickly releasing the RS when dribbling with the right hand.
Hesitation can be done by moving RS to the right and releasing quickly when dribbling with your right hand. It can be useful for gaining space from the defense.
Signature Size-Up is done by holding the RS stick.
For Signature Park Size-up press L2 several times.
Half Spin is done by rotating the RS in a quarter circle when dribbling with your right hand and releasing it quickly.

Stepback is done by moving RS down and quickly releasing.
The Crossover is a useful flow for getting past defenders and is done by moving the RS stick to the left when dribbling with your right hand and vice versa when dribbling with your left.
A Between-leg Cross is made by moving the RS stick to the left when dribbling with the right hand.

- Moving behind the back dribble – K. Leonard
- Moving stepbacks – C. Paul or K. Irving
Of course, when it comes to animations, you will have to make an effort to find the ones that suit you best.
Dribbling also takes time to perfect so you know when to use a certain move, so this is certainly a good starting point.
