If you’ve just joined a guild, or you’re the one running it, then listen up. Two of the most game-changing systems in Odin: Valhalla Rising aren’t tucked behind PvP rankings or whale-only content. They’re right there in your Guild Menu, and they’re packed with progression potential: The Guild Dungeon and The Guild Auction. These two features don’t just reward you with powerful gear, they reward your entire team, even if you don’t walk away with the loot. If your goal is to gear up efficiently, support your squad, and make sure no one gets left behind, this guide is your shortcut. Let’s break it all down!
Guild Dungeon & Auction Guide
In Odin: Valhalla Rising, guilds are more than just a chat group or a fancy nameplate, they’re your home base for some of the most rewarding content in the game. Being in a guild gives you access to exclusive cooperative features that solo players simply can’t touch. Two of the biggest are the Guild Dungeon and the Guild Auction.
The Guild Dungeon is a raid-style boss fight designed for full guild participation, while the Guild Auction is how that hard-earned loot gets distributed fairly among members. Together, these systems create a healthy, rewarding cycle: your guild takes down a tough boss, the rare drops go to auction, and everyone benefits, even if they didn’t win the bid.
These systems are crucial because they reward teamwork, ensure fair loot distribution, and help your guild grow stronger as a unit. If you’re looking to get stronger, gear up, and stay active, understanding these two systems is a must. If you want to learn more about them, read further below!

Guild Dungeon 101: All To Know About the Screamer Raid
Think of the Guild Dungeon as your guild’s very own raid night. Only this time, it’s all about cooperation, coordination, and consistent rewards.
How to Unlock It:
- Your guild must be Level 4 or higher.
- You must be a member for at least 7 days before you can join.
- Access it by tapping:
Menu (Top Right) > Guild > Guild Dungeon > Cooperative Raid

So, who’s the Boss? Well, you’ll be fighting Screamier, a boss that ramps up in difficulty the longer the battle goes on. The more players you bring in, the better your odds, so rally the troops.
- You have 15 minutes per attempt to bring him down.
- A player list shows up on the right so you can track who’s in the fight.
- Fail to beat him in time? No rewards that round.
- Defeat him? Everybody who participated gets rewards via inbox.
As for your rewards, you and your mates get Guild EXP, Guild Coins and a A Guild Dungeon Reward Box for each participant. But here’s the kicker, the best loot (gear, skill books, crafting mats) doesn’t go straight into anyone’s bag. Instead, it’s sent to the Guild Auction for open bidding, more on that below.
Weekly Reset Reminder:
Every Monday at 4:00 AM, the guild dungeon resets:
- Boss HP and difficulty return to default.
- Your guild gets a clean slate to go again and farm top-tier loot.
Set a reminder or ping your Discord, this is prime farming time.

Guild Auction: Fair Loot, Real Rewards
Now for one of Odin’s smartest systems: The Guild Auction. This is where items from guild activities, like dungeon clears, elite bosses, or base raids, go up for bid using diamonds. Speaking of, if you’re interested, you might also want to check out our guide on how to earn diamonds in Odin: Valhalla Rising.
How It Works:
- All bids are made with diamonds.
- Access it via:
Guild Menu > Guild Auction
- Each item has a countdown before the auction ends.
- Anyone in the guild can place a bid.
There’s also a mechanic called Target Bidding (for smart loot distribution). You can designate a specific player to be the only one allowed to bid on a certain item. This is perfect for class-specific drops. For example, if a legendary shield drops, target bid it to your main tank. Keeps the loot drama-free and the build optimization on point.
Diamond Bidding Safety Net
Worried about wasting diamonds on an item you don’t win? Don’t be. If you’re outbid, your diamonds are refunded 100%. You only pay if you actually win the auction. No risk, all reward.

Sharing the Profits: Why Everyone Wins
Even if you didn’t win the auction item, you still get a slice of the pie.
- 5% of the final bid goes to the system.
- The other 95% is split among all eligible guild members.
- These profits are sent to your inbox automatically.
This means everyone gets rewarded for showing up and contributing to guild content, not just the lucky bidder.
Why These Systems Matter
The Guild Dungeon and Auction aren’t just about loot, they’re about building a strong, motivated guild. Here’s what they bring to the table:
- Fairness in loot distribution
- Motivation for everyone to join guild activities
- Team-building without drama or RNG frustration
Let’s say you’re a DPS, and that one weapon drop is exactly what you need. With target bidding, your guild ensures you get it, no dice rolls, no ninja looting. And if you don’t need anything? You’re still earning guild EXP, coins, and your cut of the auction payout.

Wrap-Up (Don’t Sleep on These Systems)
If your guild isn’t taking advantage of the Guild Dungeon and Auction, now’s the time to start.
- The rewards are consistent
- The system is fair
- And the benefits compound over time
These features are a win for both casuals and hardcore players. So rally your guildmates, set a weekly Screamier schedule, and keep those diamonds ready, because Odin: Valhalla Rising rewards teamwork like few other games do.
