The methods to obtain the Haki V3 in One Fruit Simulator are short. However, it will take some time for you to obtain a particular item.

1. Talk to Evolved Armament NPC.
2. Get Scarlet Pearl from the Sniper King or Great Warrior.
3. Return the Scarlet Pearl to the NPC.
4. Purchase the Haki V3.

These are all you have to do to get the Haki V3 as soon as possible.

Detailed Walkthrough

First, go to the new Bubble Island at Sea 2 and talk to the Evolved Armament NPC. The NPC will ask you to bring a Scarlet Pearl.

To find the Scarlet Pearl, go to Denies Lobby and kill the secret NPC Sniper King. It will spawn on one of the towers and have a 10% Scarlet Pearl drop chance. It is not a small number, so it probably won’t take you too much time to receive it.

You can also get the Scarlet Pearl from the Great Warrior on Water 77 Island, but that NPC only has a 1% drop rate. So it might be a better idea to farm Sniper King instead.

After you got the Scarlet Pearl from either the Sniper King or the Great Warrior, go back to Bubble Island to complete the quest.

Once you complete it, you can purchase the Armament Haki V3 for 500M Beli.
