Palworld’s new Feybreak update has brought in a ton of content, which includes a brand new island to explore. There are also new Predator Pals that you can find on the map. They drop Predator Cores that you’ll need for key item recipes and the Meowmere Weapon.
However, finding Predator Pals can be a bit difficult, as they do not always spawn. Not to worry, we cna help you out! We’ll show you the best way to get them to spawn and farm them for Cores. Without further delay, let’s get into it!
How to Farm Predator Cores & Pals
You’ll need Predator Cores in Palworld: Feybreak for five key item and weapon recipes. These are:
- Small Pouch
- Medium Pouch
- Meowmere
- Large Pouch
- Giant Pouch.
You’ll not need more than 40 Predator Cores to be able to craft these. Additionally, you’ll also need the Cores to repair the Meowmere weapon as you use it with time. So, let’s see how you’ll be able to farm them.
Predator Pals can be found all over the Feybreak island. Below is a map that shows you the locations of all the Predator Pals in the game. So, you’ll want to head to any of these if you want to farm Predator Pals.

This is because killing Predator Pals will drop Predator Cores. Keep in mind that some of the Predator Paks may require you to enter through a tunnel or another entrance that is further from the icon shown.
Before you head to these locations, we recommend going to your World Settings. This is because there is a setting that can allow you to toggle Predator Pals on and off.
So make sure the Enable Predator Pals option is turned on.
Next, you will need to head to the Predator Pals locations. Keep in mind that there is no guarantee Predator Pals will spawn. There is a random percentage for them to spawn. You’ll know when they spawn when an ominous music starts playing.
This can be frustrating though as a lot of times the Predator Pal might not spawn.
However, there is a trick that you can use to cause the Predator Pal to spawn. When you visit a location and the Pal doesn’t spawn, simply leave the area and go out of render distance. Now return back, and this will reset the spawn.
So, you can keep going in and out of render distance until the Predator Pal spawns. It might take more tries for certain Pals, but should not take too long.
Now the amount of Predator Cores you’ll get from killing the Pals will depend on the Drop Rates you have set in your settings. For the default drop rates, you will not be able to get more than 4 Predator Cores.
Additionally, the amount of Predator Cores you obtain are not the same. It seems there is a range that might be tied to the level of the Predator Pal you are fighting.
