Pet Simulator 99 Update 2 has just been released in time for the holidays, and that means that there are going to be plenty of things in store for those who want to enter a festive mood for Christmas.
The entire world of the game transforms into a fantastic winter paradise that’s full of different exclusive events, bonuses, and features that are going to excite players.

Complete Christmas Update Guide
New Areas
There will be new areas that you can unlock and enter. There is a total of five:
- Cozy Village
- Rainbow River
- Colorful Mines
- Colorful Mountains
- Frost Mountains
New Pets
You can hatch 18 new pets from the new areas in the new update. You can also open 17 Christmas pets from the presents all over the game. There is also a new Titanic and 3 Huge pets added to the game for a grand total of 39 new pets.
New Eggs
The latest update comes with five new eggs that you can hatch through the Garden Egg.
New Upgrades
There are new upgrades that are available to the player in the new areas.
New Hoverboards
There are also new hoverboards that you can get as rewards.
- Rudolph Hoverboard – Rewarded in the Advent Calendar!
- Sleigh Hoverboard – Rewarded from opening Christmas Presents!
- Present Hoverboard – Rewarded in the Clan Battle!
New Trading Booths
New trading boots can be rewarded in the game.
- Christmas Booth – Rewarded in the Advent Calendar!
- Present Booth – Rewarded in the Clan Battle!
Crystal Chest
The Crystal Chest is bigger and more exciting than ever. A new item called the Huge Wizard Westie has also been added as a rare drop.
Cart Ride Into Preston Minigame
Play the new Cart Ride Into Preston minigame that’s going to give you a cool reward at the end. You can find it in the newly added Colorful Mines.
Clan Battle
The new update comes with the first-ever clan battle. The clans with the most points by December 29th at 5 pm UTC will win these cool prizes.
Open Christmas Presents to earn points for your clan.

Clan Features
New clan features are also added. These features include:
- Country flags that show where the clan owner is from
- Clan shouts for announcements

Advent Calendar
The Advent Calendar allows you to complete a daily quest to unlock new and exciting things during the holiday season. This will only run for two weeks, so make sure that you return every single day for new rewards.
Christmas Present Gifts
There are great Christmas gifts in store for you!
5 Christmas Presents can be found as drops and rewards. Open all of your presents to get limited pets, items, and drops that are all Christmas-themed!
Bigger presents will give you better rewards. You can get your hands on the Titanic Present, which has a Titanic Silver Dragon and a Huge Jolly Narwhal.
Upgrade Presents Machine
If you didn’t get the presents you wanted, you can combine smaller presents to get bigger presents using the Upgrade Presents Machine located in the Spawn.
Global Ornaments
There are ornaments that are rare drops and can be placed on any tree that you can add a custom message to.
Basically, you can decorate the entire world and let people from all over the globe see your message!
Elf on a Shelf
Find the Elf every day to get a special surprise from it.
Present Hunt
The Elf hid different presents all over the game, and it’s up to you to find them to get free small presents. For every five presents found, you also get a medium present.
Gingerbread Chest Event
There will be a giant gingerbread chest that will spawn in a random area. Break the chest to get a Christmas present and other unique items that are limited to this event.
Candy Cane Breakables
You can also find candy canes everywhere. Break them to get a lot of coins.
New Items
Christmas Cookie Item
- Pets deal damage 10% faster for 5 minutes.
- Found as a random drop and as rewards.
Hot Cocoa Item
- You and your pets run 50% faster for 10 minutes.
- Found as a random drop and as rewards.
Candy Cane Item
- Increases chance for drops by 1.5%! Stacks!
- Found as a random drop and as rewards.
Snow Merchant
The new Snow Merchant sells the Snowball Launcher and Snowballs and can be located in the Frost Mountains.
Snowball Launcher
- Used for throwing snowballs.
- Found in the Snow Merchant.
Snowballs
- The ammo for the snowball launcher.
- Found in the Snow Merchant and as a random drop.
Friend Rewards
Inviting friends will allow you to get rewards. Every friend you invite and help to get to Area 15 will reward both of you with 100,000 Diamonds. There are limits to this, but the rewards are free and easy to get.
Holiday Decorations
The entire map was given a holiday theme in time for Christmas.
Fruit Exclusive Egg
There’s a new Exclusive Fruit Egg featuring the new Titanic Banana Cat. Plus, you can get two new Huge Pets, which are the Huge Hippomelon and the Huge Strawberry Corgi.
Holiday Pack
The Holiday Pack can be brought from the store for a limited time.
Titanic Merch
Holiday Titanics will be coming to the Big Games Shop soon. Each purchase comes with a matching Titanic in the game.
