Play Rough TM Location in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Some Pokemon moves are appropriately named for the action they are doing. Iron Tail, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Rock Slide, etc., Then there are those that… don’t really feel like they’re appropriately named. One such move is the Play Rough move. From the name alone, you would think that it’s just a bit of rough housing, right? Well, when you actually use the move, it looks more like a full on brawl, complete with a cartoony cloud to cover the action. Go to the open area near East Province (Area One)

To find the TM, you need to go to the open area near East Province (Area One). You can also go left from the Poke Center and you should be able to find yourself surrounded by some Pokemon. You can find the Play Rough TM near a ledge that’s way up high on a cliff.
