How to Get More Picnic Sandwich Recipes in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

In each major town on the whole island, you can find this restaurant or shop with, usually, a big sandwich as its signage.

What you have to do is to enter this establishment and look for a certain guy inside.

During your first time talking with this man, he will give you one or two sandwich recipes to start with. Now, as you progress with the game, you will be needing more buffs to have an advantage over the others.

That being said, you have to unlock new recipes for new sandwiches.

When that time comes, go back to any of these shops and speak again with the guy. This time, you won’t get to receive another free recipe, but he will instruct you to collect some herbs and the only thing you have to do is to follow his instructions.

However, in order to do this successfully, it is recommended that you complete five-star raids first.
