How To Do A Factory Reset Using The Meta Mobile App For The Quest 2/Pro

While setting up your Quest 2 or Quest Pro you’re required to install the Meta Mobile App and connect it with the device. Having the app is great since you can do a few things with it, without strapping the thing into your head everytime. One thing you can do is to do a factory reset of the headset and here’s how!

First you need to make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device. Then go to your Meta app, go to the Menu and select “Devices.”

Select your Headset and scroll down and choose “Advanced Settings.”

There you’ll see the option for “Factory Reset.” Once selected you’ll need to confirm the reset and it should do it for you!
