The ability to recover energy in Black Desert Online will make it able for you to increase the amount of money that you can make in-game. We will focus on a specific type of guide which will get you recovering at least 6 energy or more through Refreshing Dream. Let’s see what you’ll need to do and how you will need to do it for some very easy Energy.

Black Desert Online – Refreshing Dream Energy Recovery Guide

There are ways in Black Desert Online to recover your energy without laying in bed for countless hours or even staying inside those expensive hot springs.

Using a lot of energy in BDO is not uncommon when you will be doing various types of daily things. This can be anything from picking flowers to basic cooking. The need to recover the energy in BDO is extremely high and certainly not easy at all to get back to the needed high energy level that you’ll want.

Refreshing Dream Combination

The best item that you can get for getting your energy replenishing is the Refreshing Dream.

Using this item will get those wait times between life scaling or even basic conversation to a minimum. This item is actually one of those easier items that you are able to create. You will need more common floral Lightstones:

  • Trap
  • Harvest
  • Plains

Getting these are extremely easy which are gotten by purifying and using Guru alchemy or Daeshian’s quest. The best ways of obtaining these are actually from the central market too where at the moment there’s a whole plethora of them.

The last stone that you’ll need will be the Iridescent Lightstone. These are little bit harder to get but the biggest farmable area for them is by doing Dark Rift bosses. You can also do all the World Bosses too. You will need a bunch of RNG luck when it comes to getting this item though.

Another way of getting an Iridescent Lighthouse is by simply going to the market. Yes, they will be more expensive than usual but if you have a lot of gold you won’t be having an issue. They are worth the investment because the energy that you’ll recover you’ll transfer it into making more gold.

Artifacts

The hardest thing to do in this combination is the Artifacts. These can only be obtained by completing life-scaling activities. This can mean that it can be anything from hunting to collecting flowers will work for this.

Also, when they are added to the mix they will provide a whopping +2 Energy Recovery. You can actually increase the Artifact buff up to +5 or even higher!

The most needed item for increasing this buff is by getting Kamasylve’s Blessing.

This by itself will give you +2 energy recovery. Only with this time on you, you will actually have +4 energy recovery. This item can be bought from the Pearl Shop for 1.250 Pearls. You can actually go to the central market for this item too. At the moment there aren’t a whole of these items on sale so that means that if you have them, you’ll make a very good amount of money!

These are also given during events and log-in bonuses.

The next item on the list for increasing your Articaft Energy buff will be the Villa Turning Gates.

This will give your energy recovery by another +1. When combined with the previous item you will have a total of +5 Energy Recovery! And it doesn’t stop here!

To get this item you will need to head to any of the Turning Head Villas or by using the Art Tent while having the Secret Book of Old Moon enabled.

Another item is creating a Bonfire tool that will give you +1 Energy recovery as well. You will need to be next to it, yes, but you will have +6 in total! You can make these with simply alchemy and any type of logs.

That is it! We hope that this guide was helpful and gave you that much-needed Energy that you need. Have fun using it!
