In Remnant 2, players use different consumable items called Relics to heal themselves and grant themselves different bonuses. The game features a wide variety of Relics, each with its own unique healing properties. Read more below if you are interested in obtaining the Tormented Heart and Tranquil Heart secret relics.
How to Get Tormented Heart & Tranquil Heart
To obtain it, you must first acquire the Tormented Heart crafting item. Once you have this, you can craft the Tranquil Heart Relic with Nimue’s help. The Tranquil Heart Relic is a valuable item in Remnant 2, especially for tough boss battles. Let’s get into it!
Tormented Heart
In order to get the relic, start a new campaign in Remnant 2 with Seeker’s Rest as the starting area of the Nerud World. If Seeker’s Rest is not accessible, reroll the campaign in N’Erud until you get it. Go through the main campaign until you reach the tower in the Timeless Horizon area.
NOTE: You won’t be able to do this in Adventure mode, only in Campaign mode.

Tormented Heart is a Relic in Remnant 2. Tormented Heart deals 420 Explosive damage to enemies within 10 meters and Lifesteals 25% of the damage dealt.
When you reach the tower in the Timeless Horizon area, your task is to find the Override Pin.
To do this, take the right side from the entrance and use the lift to go up.
Go straight until you see the long stairs, then turn right to enter the machine area with the red glowing lights.
Keep going straight until you find another lift. Take this lift to the upper floor. When you reach the top, go straight ahead to find another lift.
Step into this lift, and it will take you to the area where the Override Pin is located.
As you go through the campaign, you will eventually reach the final location, the Sentinel’s Keep. In this area, you will find a machine that triggers the battle with the boss, the Spectral Guardian.
There are two ways to initiate the battle: you can engage with the glowing mechanism, or you can insert the Override Pin into the slot. However, for this confrontation, you should avoid using the Override Pin and instead interact with the glowing mechanism to start the battle.
Progress through the main story until you reach the Losomn World. You will need a Morrow Parish run. From there, you will gain access to the Asylum.
NOTE: You’ll get to this area by simply following the main objective. So, complete N’Erud, get the Biome Portal key and open the Portal to Losomn. As mentioned before, you will have to start at Morrow Parish. If you don’t have it, you need to reroll campaign and repeat everything.
Upon reaching the Tormented Asylum, you will find a cell with bluish webs. Interact with the Nighweaver’s Web and provide the Override Pin to obtain the Tormented Heart.
Tranquil Heart
Once you have obtained the Tormented Heart, you can proceed to Nimue’s Retreat area within the Losomn World. Upon arriving, you will need to engage with Nimue to trade the Tranquil Heart Relic for your Tormented Heart. This means you’ll be losing the item in the process.
Nimue is a powerful seer who can craft powerful relics from rare materials. She will use the Tormented Heart to create the Tranquil Heart Relic, which will grant you a variety of beneficial effects. Tranquil Heart passively grants 2 Health Regeneration per second. On use, doubles All Health Regeneration for 15s.
