Are you familiar with the game Find the 7 Differences? If yes, then you can use your previous wisdom. Because this puzzle is not much different from those puzzles. You must look for the reflections in the room.
When you spot the difference between the reflection and the real world, which is the golden vase, just shoot it.
Or you can just destroy everything in the room to speed up the process. The result will be the same, no worries.
Shooting where the vase that should be standing on that shelf will break the vase. And, you will have yourself a brand new Shaed Stone.
You can also find the Shaed Stone in Pathway of Fallen, which is one of the new locations in Losomn added with the DLC. You will find the entrance of the Pathway of the Fallen after passing through the Palace of the One True King.
Shaed Stone will increase skill damage by 12%. Since you have found this power inside the puzzle of reflections, use it wisely.
