Roblox Piggy has just had a major update in the form of Epic Update Part 2. However, for those who missed out on what was added to the game, we’ll be going through everything that was added as part of Book 1 & 2. Many of these added features are those that players in the community have been asking for a lot. We’ll be going over the main features added, and the bug fixes incorporated. Let’s dive in!
Book 1 & 2 Update Guide
While the new Epic Update Part 2 was supposed to be a build mode only update, we actually got a lot of Quality of Life Updates and bug fixes. We’ll be going through the major ones in this Piggy guide!
Randomizers
As part of the new update, a series of randomizers were added to Roblox Piggy. These are the following:
- Skin Randomizer
- All your unlocked skins will be randomized every round.
- Survivor Ability Randomizer
- All your survivor unlocked abilities will be randomized every round.
- Piggy Ability Randomizer
- All your unlocked traps will be randomized every round.
You can find these Randomizers at the bottom right of the screen when you click on Skins, Survivor and Piggy respectfully. These are a really good addition to the game as they add a fun little challenge to the rounds in Piggy. You can also change around your skins so that you do not get bored of a particular one!
Game Mode Notifier
Another highly requested update is the Game Mode Notifier to Roblox Piggy. Many times, when you join a private or public server, you can’t tell what game mode it is.
This can be incredibly frustrating as you may be expecting it’s a Bot mode, and then get stabbed by a Traitor. With this Notifier, however, you’ll always know which game mode you are in! You can find it on the left side of your screen when you join a server.
Bug Fixes
Besides some more minor additions to Roblox Piggy, like Book 2 Admin Commands and Recoded Settings, we also have a series of bug fixes.
Here are the Bug Fixes made to Piggy as part of Book 1 & 2 Update:
- Fixed Traitor text not playing on Lab
- Fixed the black box when escaping Docks
- Fixed the glitches on Outpost Map
- Fixed usernames not showing up in CFC (Chapters)
- Updated Player Scripts (VR Improvements)
- Crouch and Ability device icons now update properly.
All of these are welcome bug fixes that players have been complaining about for ages. So, now, you will have a much smoother time to the game thanks to the developers!
