Aside from birds and mammals, Horizon Forbidden West is also filled with different varieties of insects like the Scorpion. Hunting wildlife is essential to increasing your Wildlife Kills and to gathering resources. This guide will show you where you can find the Scorpion in Horizon Forbidden West.
Scorpion Location – Horizon Forbidden West
The Scorpion is one of the insects you can hunt in the wild. They are one of the smallest animals you can hunt, even smaller than the Horned Lizards.
You can find scorpions in the desert or sandy areas of the map.
From the Chainscrape area, go all the way to the southwest until you reach the Hidden Ember in the desert.
You will need your Focus Mode here because the insect is incredibly small, and they blend in well with the sands of the desert.
Hunting scorpions can be tedious too, they are so small that most of the time your arrows will miss. They do not get startled easily though so you can keep on trying.
Once you are done hunting them, you can collect their loot. Scorpions will drop Crunchy Scorpions as loot when you hunt them.
