Sometimes paying for the battle pass can lead to great rewards. In this season of Anime World Tower Defense, players who pay for the battle pass can get the secret character Metallic. This character is modeled after a certain spider-themed hero. Once evolved, can become a formidable unit. Here, I give you a complete SCR+ Metallic guide to help you decide if this battle pass is worth it.
SCR+ Metallic Guide
You can get SCR+ Metallic through the battle pass and is most useful when leveled up. I’ll talk about his evolution requirements here and showcase his skills and how to use him best on the field.
Evolution Requirements
This unit requires a few things before you can level him up. Here’s a list of them here:
- Gold – 1M
- If you’re looking for the best way to farm gold in the game, check out this tier which ranks the best Gold Farming units in AWTD!
- Blue Orb – 7.5K
- Red Jewel – 2
- Stone Mask – 7
- Abyss Fragment – 7
- Secret Crystal –25K
- Spirit – 1K
There’s not a lot required to level up Metallic, and you can get these items by grinding events and quests regularly.
Once evolved, SCR+ Metallica’s stats greatly improve. He gains the Bloodthirsty II passive to deal 250% Attack damage to Bleeding enemy and do [Anemia] Effect by the Enemy to take 50% more Bloodthirsty damage.
This unit also gets an evolved Leader skill called Revenger which grants +120% Attack damage.
SCR+ Metallica’s Skills and Showcase
Much like the other units in Anime World Tower, SCR+ Metallic gets new skills when upgraded. Here’s what you can expect when you upgrade this unit:
- Razor Slash (AoE)
- Achieved at upgrade 3
- Metal Rush! [Line]
- Achieved at upgrade 6
It’s important to note that this unit has a low range for the damage that it outputs. You can fix this by having support units on your team like Flower Magician and Shining Star Idol.
Unfortunately, however, Bloodthirsty units just don’t fit into the current meta right now, so even with the best team synergy, these units won’t be dealing huge numbers compared to other units in the game.
You can place a maximum of four SCR+ Metallic units on the field at a time. Due to this unit’s low range, disperse these units evenly across the field and pair them with supports for added range.
Also, capitalize on this unit’s Bloodthirsty II passive by adding more Bloodthirsty units on the field. Make sure you’re putting down the best bloodthirsty units possible with our best raids, legends, and abyss unit tier list here.
If reading this SCR+ Metallic guide helps you decide that this battle pass exclusive unit is worth the money, then my work here is done.
