Shadovia‘s old man smithy NPC has a quest that gives you a useful weapon that you can use to fight your opponents.
Having a great weapon is essential for your in-game success since it allows you to fight stronger enemies and progress.
In this guide, we will show you the steps that you need to do to help the old man smithy and receive unique rewards.
How To Complete The Old Man Smithy Quest
8 Stoneflowers
After you have received the quest from the Old Man Smithy, your first task is to find 8 Stoneflowers from Brimstone.
You can use the fast-travel and teleport there using the in-game mini-map.
Near the Knave of Brimspire Enemy Camp, you will be able to find the 8 Stoneflowers.
If you do not see them yet, that means they are still respawning. In this case, head to the next location and come back later.
Slime Island Enemy
Next, you will need to defeat an enemy at the Slime Island. In your mini-map, scroll towards the left side and you will see the Slime Island.
After you have teleported, turn around, then head towards the Northeast direction. You will see a colorful area with blue and pink buildings.
On top of a small hill, you will be able to see a hut. Inside of that blue hut, you will find a Blacksmith Enemy that you must defeat.
Upper Desert Enemy
Next, you will need to defeat an enemy in the Upper Desert. After you have teleported there, head in the direction that we have drawn for you in the image below.
There will be a lot of climbing for you to get to the top.
Once you’ve climbed to the top, turn right and keep going straight. Keep going a very long way until you reach the village area.
When you see the first house to your left, you will find the Blacksmith enemy. Defeat that enemy and you can move on to the next step.
Go Back To Brimstone Mountain
After that, go back to Brimstone and defeat another NPC. When you are in the area, walk straight and jump off the cliff. The enemy you are looking for is on the bridge.

Last Enemy Near The Castle
Lastly, go back to spawn and defeat the Enemy near the Castle. Follow the directions drawn for you in the image below.
You will then be able to see some staircases on your right.
As you go up the staircases, look to your left and you will find the last enemy.
After you have defeated the enemy, you will be able to receive your rewards. The game will give you the Smithy Combat Arts.
This a 2-handed Dual Weapon with 80 Melee Power and 50% Attack Speed. Overall, this is a great weapon that you can use!
